I also actively participated in the social service event committee of the Informatics Engineering student association of ITPLN Jakarta in the Public Relations division in 2020, and I was also participated in the committee at the Pre-Basic Student Management Skills Training event in the operator division in 2020. I also had professional experience in the administration and finance division at ITCC ITPLN Jakarta from 2021 to 2023. I am proficient in public speaking and data management skills, especially in data analyst. I enjoy socializing and collaborating with other people. 02. What was the toughest challenge you’ve faced? Answer The toughest challenge I have faced was during an audit period. The reporting documents that had been created were checked, and apparently there was a missing receipt. With this incident, I came up with the idea to organize the reporting documents, especially the receipts. Various purchase receipts in large quantities and the writing on the notes that fades easily made it difficult for the finance department to do financial reporting. So, I tried to solve this by scanning each note and putting them into a single folder based on month or activity. At that time, I was handling documents from 2021 to 2023. 03. Tell me about a time you had to deliver disappointing news Answer When working in a team, there was one person whose work pace was very slow, it ultimately affected the team’s progress. As the division leader, I had to receive a reprimand from my superior because of it. After giving warnings to the person twice and they still showed no improvement in their performance, I conducted a meeting with them for an evaluation. During this evaluation, I provided guidance on overcoming the obstacles they faced in completing their tasks on time. 04. Tell me about a time you faced conflict in a team Answer I once encountered a conflict within a team, where two of my subordinates did not get along despite the necessity to get along well in carrying out their duties. Eventually, as a leader, I had to intervene to resolve the conflict. The first step I took was to gather both of them and conduct an open forum. In this forum, I encouraged both parties to exchange their opinions with a note that no offense should be taken, but rather be used as self-evaluation. At the end, they must apologize genuinely to each other. This approach really helped for such conflicts to become less likely to recur. 05 Tell me about a time you had to explain something complex Answer There was this situation where I had to explain a complex matter to my team. Rather than explaining straight to the technical details, I paused first to contemplate about how I can convey the complex matter in a simple and easily comprehensible way. I took the time to break down the matter into more digestible parts and used relatable examples to illustrate each point. This helped me to do the explanation in a way that is easy for my teams to comprehend. 06. Tell us something that is not on your CV Answer I was once a part of a book review committee. In this activity, I was tasked to check the structural coherence of the documents and edit any writing that was not appropriate. It gave me the opportunity to experience contributing to the refinement of written materials. 07. Why do you want this job?
