APPROVAL FOR ADVANCE DEPARTURE IMMIGRATION CLEARANCE (ADIC)

We refer to your application no. AD202107155146 dated 15/07/2021.

2 The crew of the above mentioned vessel, as attached crew list is hereby granted in-Principle approval
for Advance Departure Immigration Clearance for her departure on 31/07/2021. This approval letter will
expire at 2359 hrs on the same day.

3 The In-Principle Approval is granted to the vessel on condition that you comply with the following:-
(a) there are no stowaways, survivors, refugees, unauthorized persons on board and that all the crew
listed therein are on board on the vessel's departure;
(b) this office must be informed via CREW system of any change(s), before the departure of the vessel;
(c) a copy of this approval letter must be lodged on board the vessel during her stay in port and be
made available to ICA officer for inspection upon request.

4 For any crew or passenger joining a vessel on its departure, they are required to seek departure
immigration clearance at Marina South Pier, West Coast Pier or ICA Crew Clearance Offices as
indicated below
(i) Jurong Port Main Gate Crew Clearance Office (at Jurong Free Trade Zone);
(ii) Pasir Panjang Crew Clearance Office (at Pasir Panjang Free Trade Zone);
(iii) Keppel Entrance Crew Clearance Office (at Keppel Free Trade Zone); or
(iv) Sembawang Gate ICA Duty Office (at Sembawang Free Trade Zone).
The crew/passenger shall bring along a valid, recognised travel document and a copy of this approval
letter together with the passenger list.

5 You are to withdraw the departure application and re-apply for a fresh departure if the vessel does not
depart Singapore before the expiry of this approval letter.

6 However, ICA reserves the right to withdraw the approval given herein.
