LEGAL NOTICE

Under the instructions from and on behalf of our client Smt. Sumbul
Siddiqui, W/o Mr. Aqueel Suhail, D/o Anwar Mohd. Siddiqui, R/o 33/128,
Azad Marg, Ghoghar, Rewa, M.P., presently at New Delhi, do hereby serve
upon the following legal notice:

1. That marriage between our client and you the above addressee No.1
was solemnized on 23.12.2020 at Swayamvar Marriage Garden, Rewa,
M.P. according to the Muslim rites and ceremonies. The parents of our
client spend huge amount of money in the marriage of our client and
gave sufficient dowry articles, stridhan, jewellery and other valuable
articles including jewellery to you the above addressees and our client.

2. That you the above addressee No.1 is husband and Addressee No.2 is
mother in law of our client.

3. That after entering in the matrimonial house, you the above addressee
No.2 kept all jewellery articles, gifts and other valuable belongings in
your custody and the same are still lying in your custody.

4. That after solemnization of the marriage, our client and you started
living together as husband and wife and marriage was duly
consummated but no child was born out of the said wedlock. Our
client gave due love, respect and regard to you the addressees. Our
client performed her marital obligation towards you.

5. That on the other hand, after entering in the matrimonial home, you
the above addressees treated our client with utmost cruelties and
atrocities. You the above addressee No.1 is an arrogant, hyper and
loose temperament. The addressee No.2 always passed taunting
remarks upon our client on one pretext or the other.

6. That since inception of the marriage of our client with you the above
addressee, you the addressees raised illegal demands of money from
our client, whenever our client refused to fulfill your illegal demands,
you the above addressee No.1 treated our client with cruelties and
atrocities and gave beating to her without any rhyme and reason.

7. That you the above addressee No.1 also leveling the false and frivolous
allegations against the character of our client, which caused immense
mental torture, pain and agony to our client.

8. That after few days of the marriage, our client came to know that you
the addressee No.1 lent the jewellery of our client with Muthoot
Finance against the will and consent of our client. When our client
asked you in respect of the same, you the addressee No.1 used
abusive and filthy language against our client without any rhyme and
reason.

9. That just after few months of the marriage, you the above addressees
made the life of our client miserable and sorrowful. During the stay
with you, you the addressee No.1 did not perform your marital
obligation toward our client like a husband.

10. That before marriage our client was working as a Teacher with private
school, but after marriage, you the above addressee No.1 pressurized
our client was allowed to do any job and under your pressure and
coerce, our client is in mental pain and agony.

11. That after 2-3 months of the marriage, you the addressees did not
allow our client to have any conversation with her parents and other
family members. Whenever, our client requested you to allow her to
talk with her parents and other family members, you the addressees
threatened our client if our client do not act according to their wishes
and desire, they will ruined the life and liberty of our client. Due to
such behavior on your part, our client was leading her life in fear and
tear.

12. That when our client confirms that her life is in danger with the
company of you the above addressee No.1 and 2, she left her
matrimonial home in three wearing apparels on 15.06.2021.

Thereafter our client with the help of her friend came to Delhi and
living happily in a separate accommodation.

13. That now you the addressee No.1 and 2 made several calls to our
client and threatened her to face dire consequences.

14. That our client has every right to live according to her will and desire
and also have the rights to live and liberty under the provisions of
Indian constitutions.

15. That due to your ill-treatment and atrocities, our client have every
right to initiate legal proceedings against you at an appropriate stage.

Thus, I hereby call upon you to dissolve the marriage mutually with
our client within 15 days from the receipt of this notice, failing which our
client clearly instructed us to initiate appropriate proceedings against you,
which entirely at your risk, cost and responsibility.

You are also call upon you to pay a sum of Rs.11,000/- towards the
cost of this legal notice.
