1. If you were an artist, what kind of artist would you be? (5-10 sentences)

As a person already in the field of arts, I am an artist who specializes in different

areas. As a person who loves pop culture and anime, I love illustrating my

interests. Not only do I illustrate but I also make money by selling them in the

form of stickers, art prints, photocards, and the like. Another type of art I

specialize in are crafting techniques. These crafting techniques include decoden,

lacework, and sticker deco. I apply these techniques in making toploaders which

I sell. Toploaders are thick cases where you can display your valuable cards.

These cards include K-Pop photocards, anime photocards, or even a photograph

of yourself.

2. How can you utilize the arts to express yourself, your community, and your

relation to others and with the earth? (10-15 sentences)

Art is a way one can express themselves. I believe art is powerful enough to

move people, change minds, or even open our eyes to the truth. Through art,

one can deliver a message in a way words cannot. Art can give people a platform

to bring awareness to such issues. Art lets people make important judgements

and give a fresh perspective to what was once an opposing view.

3. What did you learn from the topics for the Prelim Period? (5-10 sentences)

The topics of preliminary period of Art Appreciation made me realize the essence

of expression in art. In art, there are several mediums. Some are conventional,

some are unique. I learned that everyone has a unique way of expressing
themselves through art. The different kinds of art was definitely my favorite

because it made me realize that everyone interprets beauty differently.
