- The timeline of the publishing isn’t consistent.


- The brand identity isn’t consistent.
- The designs don’t meet the facebook and instagram standards.
- The copyright of the posts is way too long which tends to bore the
audience.
- Not having a CTA in the captions nor the designs.
- The headlines on the posts aren’t catchy enough to catch the customers
attention, nor are they in the attention spots that get the attention from
the customer in the design.
- Not caring for the customer experience as much.
- Using only one kind of content.

Health360 has the ambitious goal of being a well known brand in Iraq among
the doctors in the medical field. To help the business do that, The marketing
team will pursue the following strategy points :

Product
Iraq is full of companies in the development field however a lot of them lack
the professionalism, specially social media wise and brand awareness wise.
They also don’t have any added value to differentiate them from their
competitors, Our service provides a range of options for clinics and private
hospitals. We're happy to work with private and public, large and small
businesses alike and even individuals.

Promotion
We promote our services in the following ways:

● Organic channels, such as our website later on and our social media.
● Paid campaigns on social media and search engines for targeted
prospects.
● Events – when there will be a medical event we will be joining to spread
more awareness on the brand name and its value.

This strategy combines paid, personal, and organic opportunities to reach new
customers and engage existing ones.
People
Our marketing strategy will be under three different aspects that will make
the company reach new heights. And they will be worked on by the marketing
and sales team together.

our product and showcasing the product in videos or designs.

Will be containing blogs and all kinds of information about the company’s full
process, product and services.
