- Claim will be raised when lost time machine due to ink issue more than 2 hours
1 Lost time machine due to ink issue - Claim lost time based on cost (printing cost)
- Will be discuss case by case

- Claimed all included cost charges such as : sales price X qty product, sorter cost, transportation cost etc
2 Customer complaint due to ink issue
- Customer complaint/return goods due to originated ink issue

3 Delay delivery (shortage ink supply) - Claim lost time based on cost (printing cost)
