Overview
The Onboarding Accelerator – Deployment and Migration Assistance for
Exchange Server consists of six structured phases aligning to the major
milestones in both implementation and migration project scenarios. The
answers to “Are we ready to start?”, “Will any of the new product features be
useful for our environment?”, and “What kind of hardware do we need?” are
addressed during the Phase 1 engagement. Starting in Phase 1 we define
the tasks required for a successful Exchange installation that meets all
business requirements for email transport, storage, and availability. The
following phases provide a framework for resource allocation and task
scheduling to implement the latest version of Exchange Server into your
environment quickly, and with low risk.
