Status of HDD activity for 24” Dia. 2.7 KM pipeline of Rupnarayan River

Dear sir,

The subject job was awarded to you with completion schedule for 10 months. The zero date of the
subject HDD is 24.02.2024. Accordingly, a formal meeting was conducted dated 22.03.2024 regarding
various issues like RoU, Procurement of bought out items, Revised Profile Drawings, if any and
organogram etc.

After elapsing of almost 2 months w.r.t zero date, we are yet to receive the various information’s w.r.t.,
MOM dated 22.03.2024 and email dated 15.03.2024 as mentioned below.

1. Revised profile drawings are yet to be submitted, as it has been informed that present
scenario has been changed w.r.t existing approved profile drawings.
2. Organogram for the subject contract and power of attorney/ CV of designated RCM
3. Electrode Qualification Test (EQT) and Welding Procedure Qualification test (WPS/PQR)
is also not done for the subject contract.
4. Various statutory documents (but not limited to that) viz. Risk Policy, FIM Insurance
copy, Employee Insurance Policy, Workman Compensation Insurance policy, CPBG,
Contract agreement copy, PF Registration Copy, GST Registration copy (for receptive
states) are yet to be submitted.
5. Construction Schedule as well as mobilization schedule/ status of rigs considering the
zero date with weightage (Authenticated by AEIPL/EIL/GAIL) is yet to be submitted.
6. Project QAP and Approved Inspection Categorization plan are not submitted.
Furthermore, M/s ACE Energy has to furnish Status of Bought out Item (As per Tender Document Scope
Supply Clause No. 4.2) as mentioned below but not limited to that.

1. 168 mm OD X 6.4 mm Thk. Conduit Pipe (API 5L Gr.B/IS-1239),

2. Dirax HSS Sleeve
3. OFC cable
4. HDPE Conduit
5. TLP Design Document

You are requested to submit the above-mentioned documents and start the procurement of bought out
items (Non FIM) without any further delay.
