None of the Trademarks shall be displayed or otherwise used so that it appears larger than an Approved
Lab’s own name, logo, or design. Further, none of the Trademarks shall be placed in such a way that it
could be misinterpreted as belonging to or associated with any company or organization other than the Non-
GMO Project. To maximize visibility and recognition, the Approved-Lab Design Mark should never be
sized smaller than 3/8 inch in height and 1/2 inch in length.

Full Color:

Other than the single-color use described below, the colors of the Approved-Lab Design Mark may not be
altered or changed.

Single Color:

A black and white version of the Approved-Lab Design Mark is available. All other color variations will
not be permitted without prior approval directly from the Non-GMO Project. Any proposed variation in
color must be sent to marketing@nongmoproject.org.

Black Outline

When using the Approved-Lab Design Mark against a white background, you must place a thin, black
outline around the mark so the white border is not lost within the white background. An outline is not
necessary when the Approved-Lab Design Mark is used against a non-white background. If you have any
