· All qualifications – two (2) guests per candidate.
· Arrive two hours before the time of your graduation ceremony – this will prevent
congestion.
· NO latecomers will be allowed to enter the hall once the ceremony has started.
· Step 1: You need to collect your seat number.
· Step 2: Collect gown – House of Graduates, click on the link to order academic

· Step 3: Take your seat on marked seat number.
· Step 4: We request that you return to your seat after receiving your certificate.

· If your account is in arrears, you will not receive a certificate during the graduation
ceremony and your academic record will be blocked and no certificate verification
will be done. Please call Student Accounts at 086 110 2421 to request your
outstanding amount.
You may still receive your certificate during the ceremony if your account reflects
as paid-up. Otherwise, you may collect your certificate from the Certification
Management Office, Dinokeng-G13, Pretoria Campus.
