Please excuse Mr Jhunalex G. Banocag for being absent today for he will attend the
First Barangay Assembly and First Sangguniang Panlalawigan Pederasyon ng mga
Sangguniang Kabataan annual meeting. In line with the implementation of Republic Act No.
10742, otherwise known as the “Sangguniang Kabtaan Reform Act of 2015”, specifically,
Section 9 paragraph (a) thereof, which provides for the organization of the Pederasyon ng
mga Sangguniang Kabataan to convene a regular meeting and special meetings may also be
called. It is also provided under the same law specifically Section 16 paragraph (a) (2) that
one of the privileges of the Sangguniang Kabataan is to be excused from attending their
regular classes, while attending their regular or special Sangguniang Kabataan Meetings. In
this connection, we are hereby hoping for your kind consideration to excuse Mr. Banocag
from attending his classes.
