Q: How to login to Finacle 10 CBS ?


A: After opening Edge browser, default home page will be Finacle 10
Biometric Login page. URL: Finacle Biometric Login (canbankrrb.com) . If
home page is not appearing, kindly restart the system and open the browser.
In Home page enter Sol ID and User ID and submit. After successful capturing
of biometric details password entry screen appear. For the first time users
have to enter default password, on first login system will ask for changing
password.

Q: If I forget password how to reset?


A: Kindly contact IT Section , RO for resetting the password through mail.

Q: I am getting my User ID is locked error while logging in. How to unlock


it?
A: After 3 unsuccessful login attempt user ID will get locked. If user ID is
locked then contact IT Section of your RO for unlocking the user ID.

Q: What is the menu for ledger inquiry of both customer and office
accounts?
A: HACLINQ menu, details will be shown.

Q: After successful login, unable to enter menu or enter anything


A: Click on Pop Up Blocker message received on Top Right corner of the
browser. Click on Always allow and then logout and login.

Q: Where do we get Tran ID for successfully uploaded MASSTM


transaction?
A: In HPR menu, Tran ID will be available in the success report.

Q: How to do Printer Settings for printing Passbook, Deposit receipt, DD?


A: Browser configuration to be set as below. Right Click on the screen, select
Print Preview. Click on Page setup. And all the systems must be configured
as Empty in Headers and Footers as the URL will be displayed in the
printing.

Q: How to generate pass sheet in PDF format ?


A: After generating pass sheet through HPSP menu, go to HPR, click on Go,
then select the record, click on Print Screen, then click on Print, then select
Microsoft Print to PDF, system will ask for the location to save, click on save.
PDF file will be generated. Ensure browser configuration is set as below

Q: During closure of the NPA account, getting error as “The account


cannot be closed as it has partitioned amount”. How to close such
accounts?
A: Use menu: NPACL, click on submit. Then go for the closure of the account
through CAACLA.

Q: While doing NND file upload through DSAUPLD, getting error as as

A: Kindly change the .TRN format to .txt in file explorer.

A: Kindly logout and login. Delete cookies and then try. If still same error is

Q: HCLM, HSCLM data (security details) not uploaded through KCCLMS ?


A: Branch has to manually enter the security details in HCLM and HSCLM for
PKCC5 account created through KCCLMS for time being.

Q: How to download the file from HPR reports ?


A: Invoke menu HTRFTOPC, and searcher will be available and select the
report and click on Save. And in bottom, click on “Save”. File will be
available in Downloads Path.
