This topic is important to for us to have a clear and understanding knowledge of


what event marketing and programs purpose on our event. Understanding the significance and
meaning of the marketing mix that recognize the fundamental ideas and principles of event
marketing, market analysis, and target audience identification. And in this topic it is also
discussed the marketing mix which is the multiple areas of focus part of a comprehensive
marketing plan. The term often refers to common classification that began as the four P’s which
is the product, price, place, and promotion. The product refers to the tangible or intangible item
or service offered to fulfill a customer’s need or want. One of the most prominent reflections
from my tenure as an industry stakeholder is the relentless pace of technological advancement
and its transformative impact on our operations. Customers are the one who avail our products
and services so they are the one why we earn money. Investors are the one who allocates their
financial with the expectation in return to gain advantage. Supplier are the one who give us
supplies that we need to work or to execute a good event or business. From the advent of
artificial intelligence, from the help of our staffs, customers, and investors, and automation to the
proliferation of data analytics and the digital revolution of our opportunities for the better
outcome. We use large amount of money if we want to execute an amazing event so we have to
consider all of these things if we want to succeed.
Price is the amount of money that charged for the products, equipment, and materials that
we used, Place is the distribution of channels and locations on where people can purchase the
product or service. Promotion this is used to persuade customers to buy product or service
including the advertising of our product, sales promotion, and personal selling. Marketing tools
are those things that we may use to promote and manage an event effectively. These tools are
essential for reaching the target audience that ensures a successful outcome. Sponsorship,
branding, tradeshow and social media platform are some of the marketing tools for an event that
we can use to execute an event. Sponsorship are those people who helps us financially and
physically to make our event possible its either giving something or helping us to promote our
event to execute if properly and flawlessly. Branding is the uniqueness of your event, ensuring
catchy and creative brand of our event can attract more people and potential guests.

Trade show are useful resources for securing new business, preserving existing client
relationships and building strong brand in your industry. Social media platform is efficient on
publishing and marketing our event via social media such as using Facebook, Instagram, event
TikTok that is very relevant nowadays.
