Dear Sir/Madam

It is with deep regret that we are writing to complain about your services.
Our bank business manager had agreed to a loan for our company that was supposed to help
us in expanding our business reach. We were waiting patiently to receive it when suddenly
we got letter from you saying giving us loan is impossible. Furthermore this letter contained
absolutely no reason justifying decision. Without this loan our business is in a stalemate as
we are unable to obtain new materials to enlarge our product base which could lead to our
potential downfall.

Manager that agreed to this loan in the first place, have not returned any of our phone calls
for the past three days. This is completely unacceptable behavior and we demand
immediate action. We now feel that you have dealt with this matter most unprofessionally
which led to us losing confidence in your bank.

We are your long-standing customer that have always had a good relationship with you.
Surely this was an admin error, hence why we are expecting this problem to be resolved
immediately. Quoting your motto ‘We will do everything possible to resolve your complaint
by the end of the next business day’ we are sure that this policy will be applied to our case as
well.
