If Pain Radiating……
5. Tab Methylcobalamin (1500) 1 tab OD x 15 days.

6. Tab Pregabalin (75) 1 tab OD x 15 days.

If swelling present……
Tab Chymoral forte 1 tab OD x 5days/7days.

For 5 - 13 years
1. Tab. PCM (500) + Tab. Aceclofenac (100) 1/2 tab BDPC / TDS x 15 days.

2. Tab. (Ca2+ + Vit D3) 1/2 tab OD x 15 days.

3. Oint. Diclofenac gel apply locally BD x Cont.

For Child (1-5 years)

1.Syrup PCM(125/5) (Body weight x 0.6)ml BD/TDS x Cont.

2. Syrup Calcium (Body weight /3)ml OD x Cont.

3. Syrup Vit D3 (Body weight/3)ml OD x Cont.

4.Diclofenc gel apply locally BDx Cont.

Blood for uric acid,RA factor,anti CCP antibody and ASO titor

If report positive

1. Tab methotraxate 7.5 once a week x 1 month.

2. Tab folic acid 5mg next day once a week x 1 month. (8 hours after methotrexate).

3. Tab sulfasalazine 250 mg BD x 1 month.

4. Tab pan (40) 1tab OD x 1 month.

1. Avoid High animal protein

2. T. Febuxostat 40 1 tab OD * month.

1. Tablet Allopurinol 300 mg OD * 30 days

2. T. Prednisolone 20 mg OD * 7 days

3. T. Colchicine 0.5 mg BD x 30 days after starting with allopurinol.
