Symptom
The entry for the SOFFPHIO class is not displayed in the transaction SKPR08.

Reason and Prerequisites

Transaction SKPR08 automatically lists all document classes for which a new standard-
category can be maintained. However, before you import note 386971, you could manually
change the entry for the SOFFPHIO class from transaction SKPR08 or delete the entry for the
SOFFPHIO class.

Solution
Use transaction SE16 in the SDOKPHCL table to create or correct the entry for the key PH
CLASS = SOFFPHIO. The fields must have the following values:
