Bean sprouts, water spinach, thai eggplant, fried tofu, peanut sauce, fried peanuts, garlic, cayenne
pepper, brown sugar, lime, water, fried onions, soy sauce

Wash bean sprouts and water spinach then boil both separately and drain well.

Prepare pestle and mortar then grind fried peanuts, salt, garlic, and brown sugar. Add water then
mix well with the peanut sauce. Add squeeze of lime juice and mix well.

Add bean sprouts, water spinach, sliced thai eggplant and sliced fried tofu then mix well with
peanut sauce.

Serve it on the plate then add fried onions and soy sauce on it.cx

2. Rujak Bulung
Seaweed, cayenne pepper, roasted grated coconut, grilled shrimp paste, grated galangal, salt, tuna
fish broth, tuna fish fillet, bay leaves, lemongrass, water

Boil water, add tuna fish fillet, bay leaves and lemongrass. Let it boils until the water shrinks to 100
ml. Cool and then strain it. Tuna fish broth is ready to use.

Prepare pestle and mortar then grind cayenne pepper, grilled shrimp paste, and salt. Add tuna fish
broth and stir well.

Serve on the bowl. Add roasted grated coconut and grated galangal on it. Flush it with tuna fish
broth

3. Rujak Kuah Pindang

Water apples, red chili peppers, young mango, cucumber, grilled shrimp paste, brown sugar, tuna
fish broth, tuna fish fillet, lemongrass, bay leaf, tamarind, salt

Boil water then add tuna fish fillet, bay leaves and lemongrass. Let it boils until the water shrinks
to 100 ml. Cool and then strain it. Tuna fish broth is ready to use.

Wash well all of the fruits. Then slice water apples, young mango, and cucumber.

Prepare pestle and mortar then grind red chili peppers, grilled shrimp paste, tamarind, and salt.
Pour tuna fish broth to the seasoning slowly then mix well.

Served all of the sliced fruits on the plate then pour it with the fish broth.

4. Serombotan

Water spinach, long beans, bean sprouts, spinachs, eggplant, roasted grated coconut, fried
peanuts, galangal, garlic, cayenne pepper, grilled shrimp paste, salt, lime, coconut oil
