Marketing Executive Assignment

Objective: This assignment aims to evaluate a marketing executive's proficiency


across various domains, including content creation, SEO, SEM, paid campaigns,
website management, and lead generation strategies. The assignment consists of
three parts: Content Creation, Digital Marketing, and Website Management.

Part 1: Content Creation

Task: Create a blog post/article (approx. 800-1000 words) on a topic relevant to the
tech job market that would resonate with both job seekers and HR professionals. The
content should be engaging, informative, and optimized for SEO.

Requirements:

 Conduct keyword research to identify high-potential keywords for the article.


 Write compelling and SEO-optimized content with appropriate headings,
subheadings, and meta description.
 Include relevant statistics, case studies, or industry insights to support the
content.
 Ensure the content aligns with the brand voice and values of workcrew.ai.

Part 2: Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, Paid Campaigns, and Lead


Generation)

Task 1: SEO and SEM

 Provide a detailed plan to improve the website's search engine visibility and
rank for targeted keywords.
 Propose strategies for both on-page and off-page SEO optimization.
 Create a sample PPC campaign strategy for Google Ads or other platforms to
drive traffic and leads.

Task 2: Paid Campaigns and Lead Generation

 Develop a lead generation campaign targeting tech job seekers and HR


professionals.
 Outline the steps, platforms, and ad types you would utilize for effective lead
generation.
 Include metrics to measure the success of the campaign.

Part 3: Website Management

Task: Evaluate the current Workcrew.ai website and propose improvements to


enhance user experience, conversion rates, and overall aesthetics.

Requirements:
 Identify key areas for improvement in terms of design, user experience, and
content.
 Provide a comprehensive plan for website enhancement, including suggested
changes to layout, navigation, and visual elements.
 Detail how these changes will align with the company's brand and goals.

Submission Guidelines:

 Submit the blog post/article in a Word document or PDF format.


 Submit the SEO/SEM and paid campaign strategies in a separate document.
 Provide the website improvement plan in a structured document.
 Include your name and contact information in each document.

Evaluation Criteria:
