walk / run 2021 – entry form

T his year we have decided to allow entries to be submitted in one of two ways. Most people
today have access to the Internet, so in the interest of green computing, and simply to
make the whole process more hassle-free, the following web page has been added to the
school’s website, which will allow participants to enter online. The closing date for online entries is
Friday 10 June 2021.

If you so prefer, you may collect an entry form from the school secretary, and either complete and
submit it right away, or return it to the school before Friday 17 June 2021. In either case, kindly
note that NO late entries will be accepted.

IMPORTANT: all entry fees must be paid in cash on the day of the event. No electronic
transfers will be processed. You will receive your t-shirt race number in lieu of a receipt.
