appreciate your willingness to render overtime work as needed to ensure the
smooth operation of our restaurant.
 Probationary Period: the talent and providing opportunities for growth. During
your initial one hundred eighty (180) days with us, you will undergo a
probationary period where we can work together to ensure a seamless transition
and mutual success.
 Agreements: To protect the integrity of our brand and your contributions, we
kindly request that you sign a confidentiality and intellectual property rights
agreement, as well as a non-compete clause.
Benefits
 Salary: In recognition of exceptional skills and dedication, the offer you a gross
monthly salary of Php 25,000.00.
 Local Bonus: As a token of appreciation for your hard work and loyalty, you will
receive an annual local bonus of Php 8,000.00.
