Ma’am,

Greeting of peace!

I am writing you this to speak with all honesty, the reason for my misconduct. I have encountered motor accident last
September of 2021 which result to the destruction of my motorcycle that explains of my situation now where I only take
a jeepney ride from our house to the company.

It has been a rough situation for me because I have to take cutting trips which is a two (2)- ride away. I have to ride
tricycle first to the jeepney terminal which is a 10-minutes ride then I have to take another 1-hour ride to SM-Legazpi,

I am aware of the possible consequences of my actions and I assure you that I will be more punctual.

I am hoping for your consideration regarding this matter.
