The line graph below shows the production of paper and packaging, wood pulp and sawn-
wood in the UK from 1980 to 2000.

The line graph illutrates three productions from forest in the UK between 1980 and 2000.

It is clear that there were sighnificant changes in the quantity of manufactor by three industry
represents on the graph. Overall, sawn-wood and wood pulp fall over 20-year period, the amount
of paper & packinging increased considerably.

Turning to the detail, the average wood pulp in UK decreased slightly from 175 to 150 in 1990,
and then ending the period with over 150 million tonnes.Interestingly, the proportion of sawn-
wood fell sharply over 20-year period, especially reach about 125 tones.

By contrast, starting with the highest figure, there was a modest go up paper $ packaging from
over 225 to only 250 in 1990.Over next ten years, production was a stepp increase and have
reached the peak at 350 million tons.
