Sir/Madam:

I, respectfully refer to your Office the below named suspects who are arrested
during the conduct of Ant-illegal Drug Buy-Bust Operation that transpired on May 9,
2024 at about 11:15PM along Coral St., Brgy. Gordon Heights, Olongapo City.

For violation of Section 5 in relation to Section 26(b) Article II of RA 9165 against

Suspects 1. Ronald Rosapapan y Magpayo a.k.a Ronnie (Watchlisted), male, 53
years old, single, jobless and resident of no. 23 Coral St., Brgy. Gordon Heights,
Olongapo City and 2. Evan Tinga y Daza a.k.a Boyet (Watchlisted), male, 40 years
old, single, barker and resident of Block 3 Diwa St., Brgy. Gordon Heights Olongapo
City. Further, another violation of Section 11 Article II of RA 9165 against suspect 1.
Ronald Rosapapan y Magpayo a.k.a Ronnie and violation of Section 15, Article II of
RA 9165 against suspect 2. Evan Tinga y Daza a.k.a Boyet.

This case will be presented to you by PCpl Willie S. Liwag, Investigator On-Case
of this office during the course of inquest proceedings. This Office further request for a
copy of resolution of this case and other proceedings related hereto.
