Established in the year 2018 under the partnership of five (5) proponents who are
considered to be an institutional educators in the City of Pines focusing its products and
services in the Hospitality and Tourism sector. With the brilliance of each components, the
agency came up with the name. In the year 2020, when the pandemic affected all types of
businesses, ours had to adapt also to changes. Our position in the business shifted from
PHYSICAL to DIGITAL aspect that took a different turn on the business as some of its
partners opted to take a new and different path to work on their other endeavors. Mr.
Emerson Rillera, amidst the challenge, was determined to pursue the business. He has to be
in partnership with other industry as he planned to revive its services. He explored and
entered the world of Virtual Engagement. Since 2020 up to the present, he have made a
successful partnership and ties with different sectors that rebranded the business, today
known as iKonnect Events Management Services.

The organizer has appointed official
contractors for various services as to ensure
a more efficient and regulated move-in and
move-out. Details of the contractors will be
included in the Event & Safety Manual.
Sponsors may appoint their own stand
building contractor subject to approval from
the organizer.
ON-SITE HANDLING
Participants for the scheduled event will be
handled and taken care of by the organizers
themselves to ensure a smooth and
successful event. A registration booth/area
will be provided to easily track the number
and names of participants for easier access
and recognition for each participants.
SALES LITERATURE
Printed promotional materials will come from
the organizers days prior to the event for
better dissemination of information and
to also avoid miscommunications pre,
during and after the event is held.
 RULES AND REGULATIONS
PHOTOGRAPHIC RIGHTS SAFETY FIRST AID

Photographic rights at the event itself are
reserved to the organizers.
The Events Company will not be held liable for
accidents that might happen before, during and
after the event. Safety precaution guidelines
will be provided for the clients prior to the
event day as to avoid any accidents that might

SECURITY occur . More safety procedure guidelines will

be provided by the Front office staffs prior to
the client's arrival at the venue.

General security will be provided by the

event venue. All personnel in

Hotel's safety department to avoid any further
unfortunate circumstance that might happen.
Final list of names of the attendees will be
forwarded once invitation is sent out for
everyone's perusal, this is to avoid confusion
for everyone.
