EMCEE SCRIPT FOR GENERAL ASSEMBLY

Part I: Programme
May I request everyone to please be at your comfortable seat for a few
minutes from now, we will begin with our program. Thank you.
INTRODUCTION:
The most overwhelming key to a child’s success is the positive involvement
and support of the parents. It is indeed one of the greatest factors that determines
your child’s future. As Jesse Jackson quoted, “Your children need your presence
more than your presents.”
To our dynamic school head, Maam Gina S. Bolanio, to our PTA President Pres. Nelson
Camandero, to the very enthusiastic and cooperative faculty and staffs, and to all the
parents and guardians . . .good morning!
Welcome to our General Assembly Meeting cum state of the school address for the School
Year 2023-2024. Our program today is consisting of two parts. Part I po etong
General Assembly at masusundan po ng SOSA ni Maam Gina.
A. PHILIPPINE NATIONAL ANTHEM
To formally start with our program, let us all rise as we pay homage to the
symbol of our country the singing of the Philippine National Anthem and this will be followed
by invocation through multimedia.
You may now be seated.
C. WELCOME ADDRESS
At this point, we are pleased to have our Master Teacher I, Ma’am Mary Jean S. Miran, to
deliver her welcome address. Let us give her a round of applause.
Thank you, Ma’am Jing for those warm words of welcome.
Today's assembly is an excellent opportunity for us to come together as a
school community,
D.PRESENTATION OF PARTICIPANTS, STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND READING OF MINS.
At this juncture may we call on Maam Judith Rubrico for the presentation of participants and
this will be followed by statement of purpose by Maam Lucille A. Jimenez and for the reading
of previous minutes by Maam Michelle P. Eucoogco
E. ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
Thank you so much Teachers. Our agenda today is packed with valuable information, updates,
and
discussions. To render us the Accomplishment Report for the s.y 2023-24, let us have our very
active and one call away PTA President Mr. Nelson T. Camandero.. Let’s give him a round of
applause.

And now let us proceed to the coordinatorship to be reported by all teachers.
PART II. SOSA

Sa pagkakataon pong ito ay dadako na tayo sa pinaka importanteng bahagi

ng palatuntunang ito. Atin pong sama-samang pakinggan at saksihan ang paglalahad ng
mga mahahalagang kaganapan mula samga plano, proyekto, at programa hanggang sa
mga matatagumpay na kaganapang nagpaunlad sakalidad ng edukasyon at ng at
ngating mismong mahal na paaralan. At para ihatidd sa atin ang kanyang ulat, narito po
ang ating mahal na punong guro. Isang lider na maymalasakit at dedikasyon sa
pagpapaunlad ng atng paaralan. Bigyan po natin ng isang masiglang pagbati ang ating
mahal na punong guro Maam Gina S. Bolanio
Maraming salamat po mam Gin sa isang makabuluhan at kamangha manghang
presentasyon ng estado ng ating paaraln. In be half of the teachers, students and
parents we are truly grateful and thankful.

School Rules and Regulations 202- 2025

So lets proceed to the school rules and regulations for the school year 2024-2025 to
discuss it let us hear maam Khenevy a kinder teacher adviser.
Propose Project
Now, to give us updates about the propose project, let’s call in Sir Dennis Reguis, the grade 5
adviser.
And now lets move on to the Giving of certificates of recognition to all deserving
stakeholders of LES for s.y. 2023-2024
CLOSING REMARKS
Now to formally close today’s program, may we call in Maam Jean T. Ganon Teacher I. Let’s
