ORDER

Hearing on the “Motion for Clarification Re:

I. Writ of Execution duly served by Sheriff Vivian F. Beltran on 26
and 28 May 2015 pursuant to Section 1, Rule 39 of the Revised
Rules of Court;
II. Sheriff’s Letter of Demand duly served also on 26 and 28 May
2015 pursuant to Section 9, Rule 39 of the Revised Rules of
Court; and
III. Section 47, Rule 39 of the Revised Rules of Court,”
dated July 21, 2016, filed by plaintiffs represented by their Attorney-In-Fact,
Brendon V. Yujuico, through counsel, Atty. Salvador N. Moya II proceeded
today.

Atty. Moya II, as well as Atty. Mary Grace C. Mustard, counsel for
defendant Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) are present in court.

LBP is hereby given a period of fifteen (15) days from today, within
which to file its comment on the above-cited motion. After the lapse of the said
period, with or without the said comment, the motion shall be submitted for
resolution.

SO ORDERED.
