2. 30% of the projects completion will result another 20% payment
3. If the work is not included in the contract, there will be additional fee for it.
4. The remaining 30% is upon the completion of the project.
5. The 10% will be released following the owners' approved of the completed project
6. Even the contract ends early, the payment will be the same
