PRS Centre Closure Notice

Please be informed that Amway Singapore Product


Repair Service (PRS) Centre at Pacific Tech Centre
will cease operations from 30th April 2023 onwards.
Last day of operations on Saturday, 29th April 2023.

In our efforts to better serve you, we are excited


to announce that we will be working with ESPRIT
CONSORTIUM – Amway Authorised Service
Provider which will commence on 2nd May 2023.

i. When is Amway PRS Centre The last day of operation for PRS Centre at Pacific Tech Centre will be on Saturday, 29th April 2023,
closure? from 09:00am – 01:00pm.

Please take note of PRS Centre’s current operating hours below:


Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
(Closed on Sunday & Public Holidays)

You may still book your appointment here.


(Appointment booking page will not be available after 29th April 2023).

iii. Who is Esprit Consortium? Esprit Consortium is Amway’s newly appointed Authorised Service Provider.
They provide diagnostic and repair services for all Amway Air and Water Treatment Systems (e.g.,
Atmosphere, Sky, Mini, Drive, and eSpring) and Noxxa Pressure Cooker.

vii. What is On-Site Service?


Effective 10th April 2023, Amway Singapore will offer a new on-site repair service where one of our Amway
Authorised Technicians will come to your home or office to repair your durable.

Types of On-Site Service:


• On-site consists of ATS & WTS servicing and repairing, with parts if required.
• Installation consists of setting up the unit from out of the box and pairing apps and unit guidance
– excl. corning/hacking which additional charges apply.

viii. What are your On-Site Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 5:00pm


Operating Hours? Saturday: 8.30am – 12:00pm
(Closed on Sunday & Public Holiday)

ix. How soon can I schedule for • If scheduled before 12pm, you may request for a technician on the *same business day.

xii. What do I have to bring for Original Repair Service Receipt MUST be presented for collection of units. Esprit Consortium would release
collection of unit(s)? the unit only upon presentation of the service receipt, without any exceptions. If you lost the service receipt,
you must provide a copy of your NRIC upon collection. Otherwise, Esprit Consortium reserves the right to
retain the unit.
xiii. What happens to All uncollected units will be transferred to Esprit Consortium. As per our Terms & Conditions, the unit must
uncollected units at Pacific be collected within 1 month from the date of collection notification.

April 2023? Esprit Consortium reserves the right to dispose units that are not collected within the specified period
without prior notice; no refund or exchange will be provided.

xiv. What is the Warranty All repaired units will be accompanied by a 3-month warranty, covering the faults that have been repaired

vii. 什么是上门服务? 从2023年4月10日起,安利新加坡将提供上门维修服务,安利授权技术人员将可以上门维修您的耐用产品。

上门服务的分类:
• 上门服务包括 ATS 和 WTS 服务和维修,如果有需要,也能提供零件。
• 安装服务包括帮助您立即安装新产品,并设置以及配对应用程序和设备指南 – 不包括台面钻孔/其他
拆卸工程,需另外收费。

viii. 上门服务的营业时间是? 星期一至星期五:8.30am – 5:00pm

ix. 安排技术人员需要等多久? • 如果在工作日 12pm 前预约,技术人员可以在 *当天进行服务。

xii. 收取完成维修的器具时,我该
该器具,无一例外。如果您遗失了服务收据,您必须在领取时提供您的 NRIC 让服务中心查阅。否则,Esprit
携带什么?
Consortium 将保留权利保留该器具。

所有未领取的器具将转移到 Esprit Consortium。根据我们的条款与条件,您必须在领取通知日起的 1 个月

xiv. 保修期外维修服务的保修期是? 所有完成维修的器具将附有 3 个月的保修期,涵盖已维修的故障和其他材料缺陷。此服务保修期不包括更换
新零件。

xv. 通知方式是什么? 我们将通过电话、WhatsApp 或短信通知您安排预约、报价和付款链接,或通知已完成维修和让您领取您的


器具。

xvi. 维修服务和上门服务的付款方 信用卡/借记卡:我们仅接受 AMEX、VISA 或 Mastercard。

我们将会提供付款链接,让您进行付款。所有付款必须在您领取器具时或之前支付。
