Notes: Ideally, requirements shall be fully complied at least 14 days upon issuance of the Letter of Award. Rationalized BOQ, Performance Security and Work Programme are top priorities.
Regular Coordination Meetings shall be established. If necessary, a Steering Committee that convenes at least monthly to resolved critical issues can be formed.
The above list is not exhaustive or restrictive. Any document or requirement not indicated but is necessary to be provided by the Contractor shall be complied accordingly.
Bonds and Insurances are prescribed to be coordinated with the corporate insurance advisor or insurance broker.

Highlighted items can be done concurrently or in parallel with all site preparations and not dependent or not affected by any permits or clearances to be secured by the Contractor.
These items are contractual matters and are not dependent on construction issues.
