Lions Club of Bangalore Elite, a club under the aegis of Lions International District
317A, has partnered with Bangalore Kidney Foundation through our district to ensure
better Kidney care to Rural patients.

BKF pioneered the treatment of renal failure and kidney diseases in the state of
Karnataka. The trust was established in 1979 and has evolved to become the nodal
center for providing quality renal health care at affordable costs to patients across
demographic profiles and economic strata.
Lions Club off Bangalore Elite has partnered with BKF to to identify needs and place
dialysis machine for dialysis centres in Rural Karnataka, Tumukuru
Tumukur and Ramanagara to
ensure Dialsysis at affordable rates can be brought the door steps of Rural Karnataka

Each machine will cost around 7 Lk rupees and Lions Club is soliciting donors to come
Co branding and 80G necessities will be fulfilled.

Around 100 patients will be covered free of cost for every donation. Thereafter a
nominal fee of Rs 750 will be charged for each dialysis which will be funded by Lions
Clubs till the budgets last.
