The two maps illustrate the layout of two areas along a road called Olive Drive in 1980 and

their
changes in 2010.
Overall, these areas witnessed significant developments, including the adjustments and
construction of facilities.
Looking at the Northern section, it can be clearly seen that the residential area was expanded
with more houses. A new school was established in the East of the layout, and a new path
connecting the school with the accommodation zone was opened up. The line of trees in the park
opposite to the houses remained in the same place after 30 years.
Regarding the Southern section, the building block with several shops was divided into two
separate facilities, namely a shopping centre and a supermarket. To the right of the old shops, the
bank was replaced by a new café, and the community center adjacent to it was reduced in size to
make way for a new bank. The hospital in the Southeast of the layout stayed in its previous
location.
