3. When was an activity on the similar topic organized by you last: NIL

4. a) Main theme of the Scientific Activity (Attach separate sheet, if required):

"Quantum for Artificial Intelligence" focuses on applying quantum computing techniques to AI

applications. Quantum machine learning, algorithms, and neural networks take advantage of
quantum systems' unique features to solve complicated computing issues. Quantum data analysis,
optimization, and pattern recognition are viable pathways for realizing the potential of quantum data
processing in AI. "Artificial Intelligence for Quantum" analyses the application of AI approaches to
quantum research. AI-driven algorithms may aid in quantum circuit compilation, quantum error
correction, state reconstruction, and gate synthesis, hence increasing the reliability and efficiency of
quantum computing. AI-powered optimization and simulation techniques help in quantum algorithm
design, resource estimation, and system identification.

Sub Theme of the Seminar:
• Machine Learning Algorithms Quantum Computing
• Neural Networks for Quantum Computing
• Algorithm Design for Quantum AI
• Quantum optimization algorithms
• AI techniques for quantum error correction
• Quantum simulation with AI
• Applications

b) Details on the scientific program and technical sessions (Attach separate sheet, if required)
ATTACHED AS ENCLOSURE I

5. a) Relevance in the national context (Attach separate sheet, if required):

Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Quantum Computing (QC) are increasingly

broadly adopted in industry, However, based on well over a dozen case studies, we
have learned that deploying industry-strength, production quality ML models in
systems proves to be challenging. Companies experience challenges related to data
quality, design methods and processes, performance of models as well as deployment
and compliance.

b) How will the activity help in the promotion of science (Attach separate sheet, if required)

This seminar will represent a unique meeting point for scientists and engineers,
both from academia and industry, to interact and discuss the strategies for solving
scientific problems associated with real time applications. This seminar will give a
proper exposure to the young researchers into the modern developments and to
motivate new researchers to enter into these frontier fields of research.

Here are 5 reasons why “ALL & QC” is relevant and important and likely to be
revolutionary:
1. It eases current challenges
2. Quantum AI algorithms capable of handling increasingly complex datasets.
3. It helps consumer for financial modeling
4. Quantum AI offers unparalleled opportunities for data analysis, predictive
modeling, and decision-making.
