On July 7, 2023, a significant event took place in Sultan Kudarat Province, marking the nationwide
signing of the Agrarian Emancipation Act and the distribution of Certificate of Land Ownership Awards
(CLOA) and Project Split e-Titles. This historic event aimed to empower deserving beneficiaries with land
ownership and foster rural development.

Augmentation of Resources by the City DRRM Office:

During this event, the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) Office played a pivotal role
in ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants and attendees. Their valuable contributions
included:
 Emergency Medical Services: A team of trained medical personnel and fully equipped
ambulances was stationed strategically to provide immediate medical assistance in case of any
health-related emergencies.
 Logistical Support: The City DRRM Office provided logistical assistance to streamline the event's
operations, ensuring a smooth and organized distribution process.

Collaboration and Unity:

This collaborative effort between the City DRRM Office and Incident Management Team of Sultan
Kudarat Province exemplifies the spirit of cooperation and unity that defines our mission to create
resilient and thriving communities. It showcases the shared commitment to public safety and disaster
preparedness.
