I am writing this letter to provide a statement and information regarding one of our students,
Hashem Ibrahim Hashem Ibrahim Mandour who may be seeking assistance or support from the
Embassy in various matters related to his documents.

First, my name is Tri Puji Astuti, S.Si., M.Pd., the principal of Tunas Mekar Indonesia Senior High
School (TMI SHS). The school is located on Arief Rahman Hakim Street, Kedamaian Bandar
Lampung, Lampung Province, Indonesia. It was established in 2010 with register number
648/01653/30.12/12.9/XI/2010 and duly registered and recognized by the Ministry of Education
of the Republic of Indonesia. The school's registration number (NPSN) is 10815065, and it
operates according to the regulations and guidelines set forth by the Indonesian authorities.

Hashem Ibrahim Hashem Ibrahim Mandour is one of our students in the academic year
2022/2023, with the National Students Identification Number (NISN) is 3038758762. He was
accepted in TMI SHS in the 12 th grade in December 2022. During his study, he took 18 subjects
that he had to complete, and he passed them with a total score of 79.86 of 100. He officially
graduated on May 15th, 2023 with the national number certificate
DN-12/M-SMA/K13/23/0025467 and it is duly registered with the Ministry of Education of the
Republic of Indonesia.
