Department at NBPOL, Mosa. My name is Jerry Guminza, and I recently completed my grade 12
and graduated from Poinini Catholic Agriculture Technical School in 12th, November 2023. I am
eager to leverage my education and passion for sustainable agriculture to contribute to the
important work being done at the Smallholders Department.

One area of particular interest to me is working with the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil
(RSPO) team to conduct audits for oil palm growers. I am deeply committed to promoting
sustainable practices within the palm oil industry, and I believe that my background and skills
make me well-suited for this role. Through my education and training, I have gained a solid
understanding of agricultural techniques, as well as the principles of sustainability and
environmental conservation.

I am highly motivated, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical skills, which I believe are
essential qualities for conducting thorough and effective audits. I am also a quick learner and
eager to expand my knowledge and expertise in this field. Additionally, I am a team player who
thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys working with others to achieve common goals.

I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to Smallholders and NBPOL’s efforts in

promoting sustainable palm oil production and supporting smallholders in the industry. Thank
