MPU 3362-Employees and Employment Trends (EET)

Guidelines for speaker


Preferably to adapt the guideline below:
1. Briefly explain on the company background (10 minutes).
-Historical background of the company
-Organizational Behavior (working hours, attire, culture etc.)
-Company benefits
2. Explain the skills that company looking for the candidates.
3. Explain on the current hiring criteria and process applied by the company to suit with the
industries.
4. What the company/hiring officers expect from our students?
5. Suggestion on how our students should prepare for interview and job placement.

Guidelines for students.


Students are compulsory to adapt the guideline below:

1. Prepare for opening speech.


2. Assign the emcee for the event.
-Provide biodata of the speakers such follow;
 Speaker’s name
 Education background
 Job Title
 Experience in job market
 No. of years working in this company
3. Inform the lecturer if token of appreciation and mineral water required for the event.
4. Each group must prepare set of questions before the event for Q & A session.
5. Student must do closing ceremony.
-Saying thank you.
