Please note that MR. M. JAYASANKAR S/O SANKARAN NAIR & MRS. RANI
JAYASHANKAR ALIAS RANI JAYASANKAR (Seller) is/are bonafied
members of the society and Holding Share Certificate No. 052 of 5 fully paid up
shares of Rs.50/- each having distinctive numbers from 0256 to 0260 on
ownership basis and occupancy rights of Flat No. C-104, on 1ST Floor, in the
building known as “Gayatri Sankul” and society known as “Gayatri Sankul
Co-operative Housing Society Limited”, being constructed on land bearing
Plot No. 38, Sector – 20, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, Tal- Panvel, Dist-
Raigad 410210, with area admeasuring about 55.99 sq.mtr carpet area
and 5.57 Sq. Mtr Terrace Area alongwith Stilt Car Parking Space no. 16
on the Ground Floor

The society has no objection for mortgaging the said Flat by said allotee
MR. YOGESH SHREERAM GADGIL & MRS. SURABHI YOGESH GADGIL
(Purchasers)with………..……………………
Bank…………………………..Branch, against the Housing loan granted to them
against the said Flat.

We also do not have any objection for issue of NOC by the CIDCO authority
for mortgaging the said Flat premise to ……………………Bank

them in respect to the said Flat upto date and there is no outstanding dues
payable by him in respect to the said Flat.

Further, he has made an application for transfer his right, title and interest in
respect of above said Flat to MR. YOGESH SHREERAM GADGIL & MRS.
SURABHI YOGESH GADGIL (Purchasers) and have complied all the necessary
requirements.

The society has no objection, if the requisite permission is being granted to him
for Sale and Transfer of the above said Flat to MR. YOGESH SHREERAM
GADGIL & MRS. SURABHI YOGESH GADGIL (Purchasers)

RESOLVED that, the above applications were considered as under Resignation of: MR.
M. JAYASANKAR S/O SANKARAN NAIR & MRS. RANI JAYASHANKAR ALIAS
RANI JAYASANKAR (Seller) (Outgoing Member) has accepted by the Managing
Committee.
AND

New Membership of MR. YOGESH SHREERAM GADGIL & MRS. SURABHI


YOGESH GADGIL (Purchasers) (incoming member) are also accepted by the
Managing Committee.

It is decided by the Managing Committee to forward the application for membership of


the society, of the incoming member who have applied for membership of
tenements/Flats, to Cidco for approval. It is, further decided to effect the transfer of the
above tenements/Flat on receipt of approval from Cidco in the matter of transfer in
favour of the above named transferee as per bye law no.40 of the bye-laws of the
society
