Good day!

The 872nd Naval Reserve Training Corps Unit- Estancia Main Campus will be conducting a sports fest and
Graduation ceremony among the Military Science 2 students of this unit therefore, we are writing this letter to
formally request to utilize the projector screen of the gymnasium with the operator and speaker with a
microphone from 12:30 AM to 5:30 PM of May 18, 2024 for our upcoming graduation ceremony of the MS2
students of this unit.

The projector screen of the gymnasium with the operator and speaker with a microphone will be utilizing for the
graduation ceremony that provide opportunities for camaraderie, celebration, and recognition of achievements
which in order to ensure these event run smoothly and memorable for all guests and participants.

We kindly request your approval for the use of the projector screen of the gymnasium with its assign operator
and speaker with a microphone on the specified date and time. Your cooperation and support in facilitating
these events are greatly appreciated.
