1. Take overview panorama photos for complete installation of Rural site

Omni Antenna Installation

1. Take overview photos for Omni Directional Antenna installation on pole.

2. Ensure Omni Directional Antenna is installed at the right height at the pole as per design.
3. Ensure Omni Directional Antenna is fixed firmly with all bolts and nuts as per design.
4. Ensure installation of jumpers between Omni Directional Antennas and RRU as per standard
5. Ensure grounding cables are connected well to each Omni antenna at grounding point.
6. Ensure Omni antennas grounding cables are connected to ground bar.

RRU Installation

1. Ensure standard installation for RRU on pole at right height with complete washers and nuts.
2. Ensure standard installation for RRU fiber and power cables connections to RRU.
3. Ensure installation of fiber cable between RRU and BBU as per standard
4. Make RRU power cable grounding point as per standard.
5. Connect RRU power cable as per standard black to + and Blue to -
6. Ensure connect RRU to earth bar by grounding cable to main ground bar of pole.
7. Take clear overview photo for RRU connectors isolation with good quality.
8. Take overview photos for RRU installation on pole.

Ensure Good Fixation For Grounding Bar To

BBU Installation

1. Take overview photos for BBU installation on pole.

2. Ensure BBU is installed at the right height at the tower.
3. Ensure BBU is fixed firmly with all bolts and nuts as per design.
4. Ensure RRU - BBU fiber cables installed as per standard.
5. Ensure Power Cable Between the PVDB and BBU is installed as per standard.
6. Ensure that BBU is connected to main equipment grounding bar
7. Ensure main grounding bar is connecting to main tower grounding tape using well fixed bolt.

PVDB Cabinet Installation

1. The PVDB supplies DC power to the RRU – BBU – RTN

2 . Ensure standard installation for PVDB on pole at right height with complete washers and nuts.

3. Ensure connect PVDB by grounding cable to main ground bar of pole.
4. Installation of Power Cables Between the PVDB and PV Modules should be done as per standard.
5. Installation of Power Cables Between the PVDB and Batteries should be done as per standard.
6. Ensure that all power cables are installed in good quality without losses – also to ensure using heat shrinkage tubes at cables ends.
7. Ensure good crimping for cables using crimping tools.
8. All fixation should be as standard : flat washers + 2 nuts : Ensure good tighten for all connections.

Batteries Cabinet Installation

1 . Ensure standard installation for Batteries cabinets on pole at right height with complete washers and nuts.
2. Ensure connect Batteries cabinets by grounding cable to main ground bar of pole.
3. Ensure that all power cables are installed in good quality without losses – also to ensure using heat shrinkage tubes at cables ends.
4. Ensure good crimping for cables using crimping tools.
5. All fixation should be as standard : flat washers + 2 nuts : Ensure good tighten for all connections.
