About Me
My name is Julia and I am a certified yoga teacher. I LOVE
spreading the message of yoga, health and vitality.

In my teenage years I struggled a lot with restrictive dieting


and fear of gaining weight. I was often caught up in negativity
and unease. Everything changed when I moved to Byron Bay,
where I discovered yoga and the high carb vegan lifestyle.
Here I fell in love with yoga, and as I began doing it every day
and eating unlimited amounts of ripe and juicy fruits, all areas
of my life began to transform.

I have a deep desire to share what I have learned along the


way with the world and help others heal physically and
emotionally as well as mentally and spiritually. That's why I
created this 11 Day Yoga Course.
