 Five consolidated petitions challenging the constitutionality and validity of the
Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro (CAB) and Framework Agreement on

ISSUES
Whether or not the CAB and FAB is constitutional.

RULING
The court ruled that CAB and FAB is unconstitutional.
