recommended chemicals& concentration.
 Conduct membrane CIP with treated water
only. If possible use hot water at 35oC.
 If microbial growth is observed, soak with
500ppm H2O2 for 30Minuts and Rinse until it
gets free of residue.
10 RO Water Tank Soaking with 500ppm H2O2 for 30Minuts and
Rinse until it gets free of residue.
11 Pure Water Tank Soaking with 500ppm H2O2 for 30Minuts and
Rinse until it gets free of residue.
12 Ozonation Tank Soaking with 500ppm H2O2 for 30Minuts and
Rinse until it gets free of residue.
13 Ozone Generator Filter As per procedure
Titanium Filter  Conduct CIP for the titanium filter rods as
14 per the SOP using recommended chemicals.
 Cleaning with pressurized air and soak with
H2O2 with pure water. Flush and Rinse with
ozonized water
15 Fillers Cleaning fillers as per the SOP and soak with
500ppm H2O2, rinse effectively and check for
residual.
