Subject: Regarding Work Order for Supplying HIRING OF PICKUP for Site & camp work as per requirement
for work of “Project Package-04 Construction of Four lane expressway from start of DSIR zone of
Ahmedabad district to Aphelia village of Bhavnagar district (Ch.71.00 to ch.109.019) section of Ahmedabad -
Dholera Greenfield alignment (NH-751) on EPC mode under Bharatmala priyojana in the state of Gujarat
(PKG-4) (NHAI/Guj/Ahmedabad-Dholera/PKG-IV/2020/86.

Project: Work order for supplying of a Hiring of Pickup.

As per the discussion held during the meeting we MKC INFRASTRUCTURE LTD issue the work order of
Tractor with Dewatering Pump for site & camp work (as per site requirement) at Site & Camp.
Rate and list of item are mention below.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Charges: - The rental charges with HSD is Rs.1200 per Day.
2. Location of delivery should be done as per site requirement and instruction as per site in-charge.
3. You shall maintain a log book which is to be signed daily by site shift in-charge. In the log book, entries for daily
actual working hours and breakdown are to be noted and should be signed by site shift in-charge. If working hour
and description with user signature was not maintain then it will be consider in Breakdown.
4. Contractor should be insure that vehicle Hours meter must be running condition if not running so repair with in
one day, then not done so working will not be counted, and it will be consider in breakdown. And no payment will
done for the same.
5. Accuracy of meter: The meter reading should tally the actual distance of run at any Meter’s instant and the
authorized officer shall have full power to check up the meter for its correctness and to act accordingly.
6. Breakdown Cost: - Break-down period less than 2 hours at a stretch in one day shall not be treated as down time,
it can be adjusted by taking more working on the same day. Any breakdown more than 4 Hours will be count in
full day breakdown and deducted. No payment will done for the same. (including absent of driver will be also)
7. HSD shall be issued by MKC Infrastructure Ltd as for his own consumption to operate the equipment running at
site. Standard consumption for diesel shall be based on the average per 10-12 Ltr/Km. HSD calculation will be
made on monthly basis. Any excess consumption of diesel beyond the average 11 Ltr/Km will be recovery from
agency through Bill of supply invoice by billing & planning department. MKC Infrastructure Ltd will not
reimburse any diesel cost if the machine will consumed less than 11 Ltr/Km the subject claim will not entertain.
Note: - HSD will be provide as per MKCIL work requirement, not by daily basis.

8. The Driver should be report to site officers on daily on MKCIL working shift time no any late considerable. If
delay was repeated than count in absent.
9. The contractor should ensure that the driver to be provided must possess a valid driving license with 5
years’ experience and carry all the necessary documents (Registration Certificate, Insurance Papers, etc.)
with him. The driver should behave well with pleasing manners and should have a fair knowledge of
Hindi will be an advantage. He should be able to attend to any minor technical problems that may arise
while using the vehicle. He should always carry a mobile phone with him, as it will enable the company
officer to contract him at any time. The names and full addresses of the drivers, who will attend the duty
monthly, have to be furnished with our officer.
10. The Drivers of the vehicle provided must follow traffic rules and other regulations prescribed by the Government.
From time to time.
11. No misbehavior would be entertained by any of the Driver at site and the some if occurs would attract severe
penalty as decided by MKCIL Site in-charge. And the repetitions pf such unwanted activities would attract
termination of the contract.
12. Payment: - Monthly rental charges (after deducting applicable taxes) shall be released within 15 days after receipt
of your bill duly verified by site authorized person supported by daily log sheets.
13. TDS will be deducted as per Income Tax Rules.
14. Insurance: - The entire tractor & tanker and operator/ helpers deployed at our site will be comprehensively
insured by you. MKC Infrastructure Ltd. Will not be responsible due to any reason whatsoever that occurs during
the period of renting.
15. In case the transporter/contractor machine damages any of MKCIL or any other agency’s property or person,
while executing the contract, the transporter shall own responsibility for the same and make good for the losses.
16. The contractor shall be send the vehicle for periodical servicing at the self of cost. The Company will not pay
diesel for when vehicle go for such servicing. The cost of lubricants, repairs, maintenance, taxes and insurance,
etc. Will be the Contractor’s liability. (One day will provide for servicing & maintenance).
17. The contract shall be effective from the date of work order 15.04.2024.
18. The Company reserve the right to terminate the contract without assigning any reasons.
19. The work order is subjected to the requirement of the project and the decision of MKCIL management
and the work order can be dissolved and terminated at any time of project. The decision of MKCIL
management is final and can’t be challenged.
20. This Work Order is subjected to prevailing Indian Laws and ANJAR, KATCHH (GUJARAT)
jurisdiction.
