A. SCOPE OF SUPPLY

Our scope is design, engineering procurement, supply of panels as per the below BOQ

B. BASIS OF OFFER

1. The offer is based on the details as available with us which are provided by you vide your Mail dated 21.02.2024.

2. Our price is based on the award of the complete package. Changes in the scope of supply may necessitate a re-
evaluation to our price.

3. Any major comment made by Local Authorities/Client/Consultant or you at later stage shall be subject to price
revision.

C. PRICE

Our price for the above-mentioned scope of supply and in line with this offer shall be:

D. COMMERCIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Delivery: 4-8 Weeks from the date of Techno-Commercial Clearance. Partial delivery applicable.

Spare Parts: Not included in our offer.

Penalty: Penalty is not applicable upon us. However, we shall try our level best to fulfill all our commitments in
respect of deliveries.

Submittal: As per Project Requirement

Payment: 100% CDC Against delivery

Validity: Our offer is valid for 15 days from the date of offer for acceptance, after which subject to our confirmation
in writing.

Warranty: All supplied material by us shall be warranted for a period of 1 year from the date of Supply. Any defective
material or workmanship shall be repaired or replaced with no cost to the employer provided that they were used
properly. Our warranty shall be null and void if the employer misuses the equipment. Our warranty does not cover
fluctuation in voltage or damages due to the breakdown of electrical supplies.
