Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Intern to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role
in supporting our sales efforts by engaging with prospective clients in the US and Europe. The Pre-Sales Intern will
work closely with our sales and marketing teams to understand client needs, articulate product features and benefits,
and assist in the conversion of leads into sales opportunities. Cold calling will be an essential aspect of this role.

Responsibilities:
 Engage with prospective clients via email, phone calls, and online meetings to introduce our SaaS products
and understand their business requirements.
 Conduct cold calling campaigns to reach out to potential clients and generate leads.
 Articulate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products effectively to potential clients.
 Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals tailored to the needs
of individual clients.
 Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads, qualify prospects, and develop strategies
for client acquisition.
 Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential sales opportunities.
 Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and relevant information in the CRM
system.
 Provide feedback to the product development team based on client insights and market feedback to drive
product improvements and enhancements.
 Stay updated on industry developments, product updates, and best practices in pre-sales and sales
techniques.

Requirements:
 Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a
related field.
 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in spoken English.
 Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
 Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a passion for technology and SaaS products.
 Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
 Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
 Prior experience in sales, customer service, or pre-sales is a plus.
