JOB RESPONSIBILTY:

Sr. Engineer Procurement

• Handling Entire Indian Procurement Activities (Project &Non-Project).

• Acquiring Purchase Request from Project Team for First Article Inspection (FAI)
• Based on FAI Requirement will initiate Procurement Activities of all the items(RM,
Fasteners, Non-Metallic Items & Glues)
• Participating in all Customer Meetings & Co-Ordinating with Technical Team,
Buyer Team &Project Team to Establish the Project within the stipulated time.
• Procurement of all Project Related items (RM, Fasteners,Non-Metallic Items & Glues).
• Acquiring Purchase Request from Planning Department Project Wise.
• Preparation of RFQ and sharing to concerned Suppliers.
• Acquiring Offers from Minimum 3 to 5 Suppliers as per KTK Group Policy.
• Preparation of Comparison Sheet and Sharing to Head Quarters for Price Approval.
• Releasing of PO based on approval from HQ & sharing to Supplier.
• Vendor Performance Monitoring.
• KPI Data preparation on Monthly basis.
• Following Department SOP's& Procedures.
• Procurement to full Plant consumables (Non-Project).
• Fully Computerised ERP Procurement.
• Acquiring PR from Various Departments for all Consumables &Tooling.
• Preparing RFQ’ sand forwarding to appropriate suppliers.
• Preparation of Comparative Statement to Quotes.
• Planning or daily consumables for next one month.
• Working in Cost Reduction Activity & saved 50L in the Calendar year2022.
