I, Anudeep Gupta currently working for my family business that is into construction of residential

projects. I have responsibilities on all fronts of the business as I had to save my family business after
the demise of my father and economic downturns. I graduated as a B.Tech in Information
Technology in the year 2004 and kicked off my career in the field of software testing. The last
company I worked for as a Senior Analyst – Testing was Sapient Consulting location Gurgaon. I have
experience of managing teams and also project level management. In 2012, I had to join my family
business as mentioned above to save the family business and honestly I have been successful and
the company is back and doing well and now every aspect is streamlined and handled by my wife
and my brother-in-law. As I write this, I feel excited as I am planning to move back to IT which I had
to leave for managing few beyond control life events. I believe, I am already good at managing
projects, its just that I need a formal coaching and designation.
