 Creating a model for safety and implement those to ensure zero harm.
 Arrange tool box talk
 Conducting plant safety inspections, Safety Audits, Safety Talks,
 Ensuring the availability of good quality and quantity of PPE’ s. Ensuring follow-up of PPE’ s use.
 Issuing safety permits as per job requirement.
 Coordinate and conduct training on EHS matters.
 Conduct and prepare weekly safety walk down observation.
 Prepare monthly report on safety performance.
 Documentation and records management for safety operation procedures.
 Accident/Incidents investigation & reporting.
 Organize Safety motivational programmed JST.
