Leaders need to form a harmonious team based on a rigorous structure, set up a direction for the
whole organization, then negotiate and compete for resources for the goal, at the same time, create
a unique organizational culture to motivate employees.
When solving problems, leaders need to use multiple frames instead of selecting a single frame.
For example, when the organization is facing risks, leaders can use human resources, political, and
symbolic frames. They can appease employees' anxiety and unease with practical and feasible
goals, and actively negotiate and seek cooperation to solve the problem.
