expecting your cooperation on this issues.
Therefore now we may need 10 days more for accomplishment of require job. So the project Bay
emporium Limited JFP handover will be within 10th April 2021.

Please be informed that DOT 5 has started works of Bay Emporium Limited Showroom interior at
Jamuna future park which P/O dated on March 04 2021. According to work order Handover dated was
30 days after demolishing works. We are facing some problem for the work which for we are not able
to handover on time.

So we are highly expecting your support due to good relationship, moreover we always give you priority
than other Corporate Clients, we hope meanwhile you will understand our situation.
